How do I book an appointment?
You can book by phone, or by visiting us in person. We recommend booking at least one week in advance for weekend appointments.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome walk-ins when availability allows. However, to ensure you get the therapist and treatment room you prefer, we recommend booking in advance.
What products do you use?
We use only premium, professionally sourced products from brand like Elemis. Our retail range is available for purchase at the spa.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We offer complimentary wellness consultations for new guests or for comprehensive treatment planning. Schedule one to discuss your wellbeing goals.
